Payments and Terms

We like to keep things clear and simple when it comes to payments:

  • A 50% advance payment is needed to confirm your booking.

  • Deposits can be made through Credit or Debit Card, Online Bank Transfer, PayPal, GCash, Maya, or QRph.

  • We also accept Bitcoin via the Lightning Wallet of Satoshi, if that’s your thing.

  • If we don’t receive your payment within 72 hours of your reservation, your booking may be released to make room for others.

  • The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.

Prices and Fees
  • Our rates are dynamic, meaning they may adjust based on seasonality and demand.

  • Taxes and fees are already included when you book directly with us.

  • If you’ve booked through a third-party platform (like Booking.com), please note that additional fees may apply when settling your bill at the front desk.

 

How to Book

Booking your stay with us is easy:

  • Just click the "Book Now" button on our website.

  • Select your travel dates, room type, and number of guests.

  • Enter your details and choose your payment method.

  • Once you complete the 50% deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to keep things fair for everyone:

​

  • Cancellation is free of charge if made at least one day before your arrival date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to rebook within one year from your original stay — up to three times.

  • Canceling on the day of your arrival means we’ll need to retain your deposit or charge 50% of the total stay, whichever is higher.​

​

We don’t like surprises either, so if you know your plans are shifting, just give us a heads-up as soon as you can. We’ll always try to find a way that works for both sides.
